Messy Buns & Coffee

  • The perfect class for those mornings where you get the kids to school, or roll out bed and are looking for something to start the day
  • A mindfully paced full-body flow to get you moving
  • COME AS YOU ARE, messy hair, the shirt you slept in, coffee in tow
  • Guaranteed to leave you feeling awake, strong, and ready to take on the rest of the day!

Mat Pilates

  • Designed to strengthen and stabilize the body, specifically the powerhouse, or trunk, including the core, back, belly, hips, glutes and thighs!
  • A versatile and challenging practice comprised of low-impact, focused movements that will leave the muscles with a “pleasant” burn
  • In addition to the classic Pilates, our classes add variety by taking creative spins on the movements to spice it up or infuse extra challenge where desired

The Unwinder

  • A gentle flow to help you unwind and relieve tension as you move into the evening
  • Focus on slow, mindful movements, breath and stretching
  • Put on your most comfy, flowy clothes and let the day fade away

Pilates x Yoga Fustion

  • Like Yoga? Like Pilates? Then you’ll love fusion!
  • This class is designed to build strength and flexibility with fun, yet challenging sequences of movement
  • Like all the classes at the studio there are lots of options to up or reduce the challenge as desired

Flow and Ease-y

  • A gentle class focused on relieving tension and soreness, improving mobility, and reducing stress
  • Ideal for seniors, or individuals who struggle with balance or mobility
  • This class offers a variety of props and modifications to ensure you get the most out of your practice
  • Chairs, blocks, blankets, bolsters; this class is perfect for anyone who is looking to enhance their mental and physical well-being

Barre

  • This class incorporates a mix of yoga, pilates and ballet (but no experience with any of these practices is necessary, trust us!)
  • Paired with an energetic playlist, Barre is a fun workout that builds toned muscles, focused on glutes legs and core
  • You are guaranteed to leave sweaty and smiling! 

Yin Fusion w/ Jamie

  • This 90 minute class gives you the best of two worlds: starting off with about 30 minutes of Bare Bones Basics to get your blood flowing and then moving into 60 minutes of Yin Yoga, finding your stillness and sinking into your body.
  • We start with Bare Bone Basics which is great for everyone, including beginners. We will go through a variety of poses to warm up our bodies. The movement at the beginning of class is a beautiful contrast to the stillness we find in the second part of class.
  • Yin Yoga class offers you a space to come and find stillness in your body, mind and breath. As we surrender ourselves into a pose, we will affect our deeper tissues: fascia, ligaments, joints and bones. This quiet, simple practice will help with our ability to really be in the moment, through long held postures.
  • In Yin Yoga, the difficulty doesn’t come from the postures, it comes from the stillness; a stillness you will grow to love and yearn for. A Yin Yoga class will help you on the road to becoming more centered, balanced and whole. Perfect for both beginners and more experienced yogis, if you’re a human, then Yin Yoga is for you.
  • This class is held on the last Friday of each month and is drop-in only (ie. not included in regular class packs and memberships).
